Terroir & Taste

Grown between 1,100 and 1,350 meters in Naranjo, the natural processing method allows the coffee cherry to dry around the seed, imparting intense natural fruit sweetness. Don Clodoveo opens with a warm, inviting aroma of mixed wild berries. The cup presents a pronounced blueberry profile accompanied by a bright, sweet acidity all grounded by a rich dark chocolate foundation and a smooth, light mouthfeel.
