100% Chain of Custody
Born from women-lead farms from Farmars Project in Costa Rica’s top specialty coffee micro-regions, this blend maintains total transparency from harvest to roast. Each contributing farm manages its own picking, bringing these lots together through the Farmers Project alliance for wet milling and processing. By maintaining full oversight through export, every bag guarantees a 100% direct-trade chain of custody that directly compensates female producers.

Terroir & Taste
Combining distinct microclimates and soil profiles from participating women-led estates,
this lot highlights the crisp, sweet complexity of the white honey process. Leaving a subtle layer of natural fruit mucilage on the seed during drying preserves bright fruit tones while developing a rich sweetness. Developed into a smooth medium-dark roast, the cup opens with rich stone fruit aromas and notes of plum, grounded by deep chocolate warmth and a full, velvety finish.

How We Source
Directly sourced through the Farmers Project collective,
every bag directly advances women's leadership in specialty coffee. The contributing farms hold Women Care Certification (WCC) and active memberships in the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA-Costa Rica), actively supporting economic independence, fair wages, and sustainable livelihoods for women across every stage of the coffee value chain.
